Complement - Bookings.com

I made a booking through Booking.com at Happy Rhino Hotel in Cape Town. We had a issue with the hotel and despite non cooperation from Happy Rhino Hotel Bookings,com refunded my money.

Thank you to Amon that contacted me and after hearing my full story they decided to refund me in full.
