Booking. Com ****

I have placed a booking more than two weeks ago via booking.com for a weekend away at a place in Paarl called De Kleintjie Bos. I thought I am paying for a full weekend when in actual fact it was for 1 day. I ended up canceling my booking but now two weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. This is rediculous for an international company
