Unreliable, total lack of customer service

My booking was confirmed but the vendor was not able to provide a car due to be overbooked. Economycarrentals DID NOT pick up the phone when I called them 2x, even though it is said they have 24h customer service. My deposit is still not returned. The case I opened was abandoned and now they say based on the vendor's answer it was a no show. I had to book at Enterprise for double price and this booking is forwarded to you as a proof that I was there. Very bad customer service and they still owe me my deposit after 2 months. ECFC4EFB
