No to Economy Car Rentals

I am extremely annoyed, it has been almost a month now and my R660 has not been reimbursed yet.

I rented a vehicle from you on the 22nd December 2018 paid a deposit of R660 with my debit card. When I wanted to take possession of the vehicle in Ellisras/Lephalele, Limpopo, South Africa. I was informed that I had to be in possession of a credit card so there I was without a vehicle. Now I am struggling to get my R660 deposit back from you. What I do not comprehend is how my debit card is good enough for the deposit but not the remainder of the account to proceed with the transaction. no matter which way you look at this, this is blatant day light *******.
