Lost booking

I made a booking on the 20th September

Booking was made for pick up at Port Elizabeth Airport at 6pm on the 21st Dec. Money was taken off my account and according to them they can't find my booking which is fine I guess but the money has come off my account and I've heard nothing from them after several emails back and forth. Don't use them
