I want my money, for you failed to make fulfillment to me as customer

I did a reservation for a booking On a car rental, my money was debited, immediately and I also did a call the day before my pick up to make sure all is in order, yet still when I got to the direct contact of the desk everything was a nightmare meanwhile I spent almost half of my day in their office without even an outcome or fulfillment of my request. I can't believe that the product supplier failed to liaise with the service provider to get me sorted yet my money was debited in time to secure the booking.
