I booked they took their commission and referred me to Thrifty however they had not secured the car let alone communucate anything to the rental compnay by pick up time no different to car flexi what a shame

We appreciate the feedback however this reservation was made for picking up the car today at 9am in Durban Downtown and not in Richarsdsay. As per check with did with Thrifty they confirmed no Show. As we can retrieve the details in their website, it still shows for Durban office.
