Hidden extras

I was quoted ZAR208.48 + a ZAR 70 contract fee. While I was surprised when my initial receipt was for Euro 13, I didn't think much of it until I got my final bill which was over ZAR 800! I have contacted them but they claim that my booking was for ZAR420.04 ( in spite of the fact that I received a written quote!) And that they would contact Bidvest car hire regarding the balance of the difference. <br> <br> I realize now that this must not be a South African company , since suddenly everything is charged in Euro. <br> <br> I would definitely not use them ever again
