Hidden costs - maybe !
what attracted me to Economy cars as a provider was the reinforcement of "no hidden costs" as well as their very completive rates and joining their club with potential benefits Low and behold i was overcharged by R1300 vs the original accepted quote ECD 223BE.The provider ,Thrifty is claiming they charged the correct rates , so its a back and forth between Thrifty and Economy cars there is only one loser and that's the consumer .i have all documents to back up my experience
