********** with appauling service

I am not happy with the misleading information for the economy rentals website. I went to the website and they do not put all the information. I made a booking , it shows you a price and then I made a payment only to receive a pop up saying another payment of R940.00 will need to be made when collecting the car. As if that was not enough, they needed a credit card which is also another information not mentioned on the website. managed to get the card and then an amount of R1520 was debited again. They do not have a contact number as well which made me end up calling bidvest to ask why was I debited when I made the initial booking to debit again the R1500.00 and I was then informed that the first debit was for the agent which is the economy car rentals. Why is all this not disclosed on the website? This is pure ***** and I want my money back!!!
