Economy care rentals do not use!

I will never rent a vehicle with this company ever again, and do not recommend them for you as well. I had reserved my vehicle on the 13th of April 2023 and they deducted an amount of R1057 off my card. They failed to mention that this amount does not come off the end total of the quoted amount but is non refundable. I had paid R1867 when I collected the vehicle with blue Motion car rentals and they knew nothing about Economy car rentals, apparently this was a broker. It was back and forth with e mails trying to find out what the amount was for. If I knew this amount was non refundable I would have never rented the vehicle. Unfortunately I wont be hiring a vehicle with either car rental agencies. What a pitty! Please be careful guys.
