ECONOMY CAR RENTALS PAYBACK MY DEPOSIT, STOP ****MING PEOPLE

Last year I made a booking via Economy Car Rentals and paid a deposit of about R1500, only when I got to East London Airport to pick up the car which they booked with Hertz I was informed that they don't lend car to credit unworthy people, which made me swiftly move to the next rental company, Hertz advised me to contact Economy Car Rentals for my refund which I did. Economy Car Rental(represented by Helen on emails) has been sending me from pillar to post, at first they said Hertz couldn't' give me a car because I arrived late(which was never a case), I then told them I was never late and what exactly was said by Hertz, I also provided them with Hertz cancellation docs but until today this Economy Car Rental don't want to refund me. Can somebody please intervene, this is daylight *******...they can't even be contacted over the phone, you're only stuck with this Helen who's rude on emails. What kind of a Company that insists on retaining people's money for services that they didn't even utilize?
