If you have problems they don't help you. Renters add additional services without your permission, without indicating that you will have additional charges and Economy Car Rentals does not care. You only care about your commission.

Thank you for the review. We do offer a service to refund you the excess which is optional and it is possible to have or decline it at any step when booking and of course prior to the pickup if you decide.
Could you tell us the Voucher number to assist further?
