Dear all.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with Economy Car Rentals. On November 02, 2024, I rent a car online they debit R491,00 .

During the collection process they said my credit score is low and my R491 was gone like that. I will never ever use economy car rentals. I've tried to contact them for a refund, but they refuse to pay me back
