Economy car rentals charges you before conforming car availability and doesn't refund

Economy Car Rentals charged me for a non-existant car. When I went to collect it from their partner it was unavailable and yet they are refusing to refund me. They charge you and confirm availability before double checking. Hire a vehicle directly from the car hire company. These guys are ******.
