Economy car hire charging me a higher amount and giving me a wrong car group.

On the 22 April 2021 I had booked a vehicle via Economy car rental website only to find out on the day 25 April 2021 I took delivery at OR Tambo Int. airport that the car or group they booked was lower than the one I initially booked and paid for.

Economy car rental when I booked they offered a me a higher class or group and when taking delivery I received a lower class or group of the vehicle. When I enquired where I picked up the car, they said Economy car hire did not book me at that higher group.

Economy car hire also when I booked offered me at a cheaper price but after confirming my booking and facilitating payment they charged me a higher amount. They have mislead me as a client.
