Economical car rental is not economical

I had already paid Economy Car Rentals Euros 52.00 (R661) for the full insurance with a top up for any excess. When I requested Economy Car Rentals to sort this out they took absolutely no responsibility for the extra charges. Back to First Car Rentals (Sixt) for me - I never had any problems with them.
