pathetic pathetic service!!! If I could give this company zero stars I would.

People should be warned about using the service of ECR. They do not respond to emails, and their terms and conditions are not clear indicated. I have requested them to return my money and they informed me that I should pay for the car even if it was returned.

I sent them emails and only got a response after almost 2 weeks, trying ti change my reservations.

for peace of mind, rather go rent somewhere where the are not faceless people like ECR!!!!!
