Don't fall for the CHEAP car rentals service as the after service provided by them is even MORE CHEAP

The services provided by Economycarrentals.com are pathetic and much below basic standards.

I booked/prepaid for a child car seat along with the car for Baku, Azerbaijan. First, the car rental company called me 1 evening before mentioning that they dont have the samew category car I book, so they can offer a higher category car for which I to pay extra. After numerous arguments, when they realized that I will not pay a penny extra, they were able to arrange the same category car for me (strange). Then during the delivery the next morning, the car was fine but the car seat they gave me was broken and very dirty (COMPLETLY UNUSUABLE). After a heated argument between me and the delivery guy, he made me speak to his local manager where the manager agreed to refund the car seat charges. However, it wasn't the case while returning the car back. They completely denied on returning the money back for the car seat.

When I escalated this to EconomyCarRentals, they tried to check and took more than 1 month to find out that the local car rental company completely denied to refund and then here I am stuck with the ethics issue (which completely did not exist between the local rental company and now the Economy Car Rental company).

So just to save few bucks, do not for Economy Car Rental company as either way you will be struggling at the end with them with something or the other.
