Can you assist me with Economy Car Rentals

I believe at my lowest point in life Economy car rentals have given me the worst experience from a car rental place and to think i spent my last money to get help, but their service provider HERTZ agree for me to collect the car only to call me last minute of collection and cancel my rental agreement by stating I am not legible to collect the car. Economy car rentals kept the money asking that cancellation was meant to be communicated to them directly however it's their agent HERTZ car rental that called me to cancel and not Economy car rentals are refusing to give me back my money. I was reasonable and quoted them that customer acts that state they cannot keep the money if they did not provide the service, but they are adamant that they are right because they were not spoke to for cancellation and am wrong though I was not the part that cancelled the agreement. That is just theft, they should be cancelled from pretending to provide service.
