Absolute ****. Price quoted is not what you end up paying at the rental desk. I included comprehensive insurance when booking and when picking up the car that charges me almost double because they said they could not block this amount on my card which was untrue as they blocked the deposit. Use a different provider and save yourself the admin if having to fight with customer service that won’t assist.
