********* business practices. Economy car rental

I hired a vehicle using the economy car hire option who is not affiliated with any car rental company, but they hire cars from the rental business and provide you with a vehicle of your choice etc. My flight was delayed and I was on my way to a funeral in Kimberley.. I got to Kimberley at 10 pm the evening and there was no answer when calling this company . When I tried canceling I was unable to find a person to speak to as their website and how they operate is beyond pathetic. I was able to reach them after the rental company assisted me. They respond to my mail saying they do not refund.. What **** is that. You are a company that literally ***** money from people by saying that. What services have you provided to claim and report your revenue. Government and legal teams must ensure companies like Economy car hire do not take people's money on their pretends of no refund policy.. That must stop.. Imagine 100 people on average per month, couldn't get a vehicle which they had hired due to any circumstance paying R1000 for booking the vehicle.. They Economy car hire , made R*** and report it as what income on their financial statements.. This is so ********* that it makes me sick to my stomach and the shareholders are bind by ethical and fair pratices..SA Government and Sars must look into this loophole, as they claim Vat on that money yet they never render a sevice of any kind.. Do not use this company for hiring a car.. Use the original rental companies.
