I would like to lodge a complaint,

I have ordered this Morning 06h30 on the 03 June 2022 and its still not delivered. I have followed up with your representative at the branch and he advised he will get the Driver to call me. I have received then a Nr & Name of the Delivery Manager Charl Grimsel and he promised me that they will deliver my order by no later than at 18h30. This is after numerous call’s. I Never knew you appoint people that can lie so badly to Customers !!!

This is now the third time that I experience this type of service, First Order they did not provide me with correct Order and was supposed to bring the product they forgot the following day !! This did not Happen !! Second Order Same thing also did not Happen !! Third Order Let me just say Pathetic !!

Your Customer Service is useless you don’t even Call your customers Back or give them Feedback as you promise !! This is the WORST Service I have ever experienced but quick enough to just take my Money !! And I have to say Charl is the worst, He made empty promises and don’t even respond on his messages nor do he call you back !! And after my 4th attempt to call him after his Promise of 18h30 he just switched his phone off !!

I am so disgusted about this that company of your calibre is striving to provide such POOR and Wretched Service !!
