Bad Ice cream at EconoFoods

EconoFoods in the past had some of the nicest Ice cream, but these days you cannot buy the stuff anymore, because it is obviously not being kept at the correct storage temperature for ice cream. The stuff does not have any taste, is full of ice crystals and lacks the creaminess it used to have. Also the ice cream is so hard you need a pickaxe to chisel off a piece to eat. You cannot sell stuff that had been left to melt down and then refrozen to the public. You are throwing your good name away with that. I don't know if this is country-wide phenomena or just locally at the Klerksdorp branch, but this has been the problem since the KwaZulu Riots in 2021 when some of the Foodland products became temporarily unavailable. I feel they've had enough time to recover if there is still a production backlash, else they must investigate the storage methods employed at the Klerksdorp branch.
