What we most appreciated was the PERSONALISED service from Econo Trans. The first response to our email enquiry was from the director, Adrian who seems actively involved in every aspect of the business. Also it so refreshing not to have to contend with an automated service - "press 1/2/3 for ..., or wait an indefinite period of time (listening to all the recorded company advertising or unsuitable music that just adds to your frustration) prior to speaking to an uninterested Call Centre Agent that is if you manage to receive a satisfactory reply; or "all our agents are currently busy please try again later".

Anyway Kevin of Econo Trans became "our man", he offered us such a professional, efficient and friendly service that has made the world of difference to a very difficult move. Kevin is incredibly knowledgeable and honest, and at no time did we feel pressurised with "sales pitches" or unaffordable options. I cannot praise Kevin enough for his integrity or kind assistance in every aspect of the move. Because of this our experience was less stressful - The EconoTrans team arrived on the specified day together with all the packing material and they carefully packed each precious item to ensure there would be no breakages and left with the promise to deliver, unpack and dispose of all the packaging materials at the final destination - Now that's what you call service. I wish more businesses operated with such care and respect for the client, but above all offer this wonderful personalised service If "word of mouth" recommendations are one of best advertising tools then You're Top Of Our List !!!
