Working with EconoTrans was absolute bliss from start to finish. Given the global shipping difficulties currently worldwide it was a relief to be supported by Kevin to find the best possible solution for our immigration shipment from Cape Town to Australia. He went above and beyond to make sure that we are prepared for what is expected from start to finish. An absolute A-team was sent on the day of packing to ensure that from the most delicate goods to heavy furniture was packed, loaded and treated with the utmost respect. The team leader Lennox, that has been an employee of EconoTrans for more than two decades (which in itself says alot about the company) assessed the task at hand personally before instructing each member of the team carefully of their tasks for the day. Each individual was clearly well trained and equipped with international shipping/packing standards and requirements. What a relief to have your personal belongings handled in such a professional and respectful manner. I can only thank the team for an incredible job so very well executed in only one day! When a box is packed the name of the individual that packed it is written on that box, showing that each person in the team is held accountable for the final outcome and standards of the company. Vessels and availability of containers is a completely different challenge for the team and they are doing their best to ensure that the actual shipment is sent as soon as possible considering that there are many hurdles to overcome in shipping to or from South Africa at the moment!
