Wonderful service and aftercare

3yrs ago we bought a Econoheat wall panel heater for my son's room. After a yr I noticed a thin line along the middle of the heater, which I ascribed to toddler penmanship. However the next yr after winter the crack was longer and thicker... This yr I contacted them to ask if it is still safe to use as a horisontal crack had appeared and I wanted to know if it is still safe to use or whether we needed to replace it...<br> <br> Within a few days of sending the online enquiry I had a reply. Our address was requested-which I assumed would be used to send out a safety inspector. I was also asked to send a photo if possible.<br> <br> When I didn't respond within the next week a friendly lady, Ms Patty Davids, gave me a call. She apologised for the inconvenience and followed up on whether I had indeed received the email. She was professional and an excellent \voice for the company".<br> <br> After getting back from our vacation"
