Worst ever service

Bought food on 6 Nov2023 card declined 3 times. Money showed it went through in my bank acc. Lady there refused to give my money back or give me food I bought. i returned with my bankstatement reflecting 3 transactions. Manager at KRUGERSDORP BRANCH did not great me acknowledge me ,just stayed on his phone. Then same lady Pam said I must forward bank statement to head office. I also gave declined slips. They will see when they will payback the money. Stay away from Econofoods not worth the problems to sort out their banking problems.
