Unhappy pensioner

Hi i would like to lodge a complaint on behalf of my mom who is a pensioner. She bought food stickers at Econo foods Welkom last year for R200 and she never went to the store to see that she they are no longer redeemable from Dec 01 2022. Today the asked for my moms receipt which she did not have because we all know all you need to produce is the the vouchers. My biggest concern is that my mothers R200 has gone down the drain and that is not sitting well with her. All i want is for my mom to be able to use her voucher and she used her pension money to purchase it
