Poor service

I have placed an order via the econofoods app on tuesday the 24th of september, according to the app the delivery would have been on the same day, nothing recieved, i have also send a message on the econofoods support mail, no response, i have contacted the fourways branch and was told the would call me back with an update, still nothing
