Pathetic Customer Service !!

Worst Experience ever at Econo Foods Northgate this morning .I made an online order and paid for delivery yesterday but my order was not delivered and nobody bothered to call me to explain to me the delay . I called this morning to follow up and i was rudely assisted by a gentleman who specifically tood me its not his problem,Thy hv one bakkie for delivery.I will get my order on Monday .He was so rude and dismissive to say the least ,ddnt show any empathy towards me for not receiving service i had paid for .I asked to speak to the manager he rudely told me manager had gone out to Pick n Pay .The customer service at Econo Foods Northgate is the worst .Use their service at your own risk and its the second time in experiencing this with them .
