Pathetic Customer Service

I buy two or three times a week from the Econo Foods in Honeydew. On Wednesday I bought two 1Kg peach yogurts. Last night we opened one and ate from it. It was lumpy and off. I opened the other and it was the same. Today I took the full one back to Econo. The guy says no problem let me replace it for you. I explained that I was on my way to a client and didnt want it sitting in the car and could I collect it later. All smiles and yes I could no problem. I get to the store in the afternoon and different story, all of a sudden he cant help because I dont have my till slip. *** I am even greeted by the staff when I walk in and this morning it was no problem. He gives me back my now lukewarm spoilt yogurt. You have LOST a customer for life over a R19 tub of yogurt!!!! and believe me I will spread the word about how bad your customer service is as far and wide as possible!!
