Online and in store services are garbage.

I wish you people would answer your phones and/or emails already. This is the second time I am struggling with you people about an online order that seems it's going to be way later than the 48 hours again.....

I am trying to contact your and krugersdorp branch about my order and no one is answering. This is unacceptable behavior from your customer service team, and am seriously considering cancelling my order along with updating my review of your services. It has been nothing but trouble with your company the last few months. WHAT IS GOING ON?

alongside your new Horizon View branch that is always out of stock of items people want. I do not wish for Econofoods to go so badly like this, but it seems to me like the quality of your service have dropped to rock bottom. Sad to see
