Northgate - Poor Service

I placed order twice because the 1st did no go through on the 27th at 09:30am. I phoned the store I spoke to lady Lydia I can't recall she said I must send email to home deliveries which I did to cancel order 63 get a refund and order 69 to be delivered

I was expecting my delivery in the afternoon of the 27th as per their written policy, and I did not receive any delivery or refund. I called on the 28th around 08:30am I was informed that the driver it's on the way. Around 13:40 I called again I am told that my order will be delivered before I go home as my order it's delivered at work, the driver just delivered to Florida his on his way. I left my work place without my order. At 17:15 I'm getting a call informing that the driver was running late order was not delivered. On the 31st called the store spoke to Lydia again and asked her about my order, she thought my order was delivered over the weekend. I am extremely unhappy and unsatisfied for the service. I have cancelled both orders and waiting for delivery and I don't know when is going to be paid.
