Never again

Not happy with your fourways branch and their online order system. This is the second time that I am having issues with them and not delivering on time and also not communicating that they are facing issues and can therefore not make delivery. Some of us run businesses and order in hopes that we will get what we order or if not some form of communication will be made to let me know so I can make a plan B twice now I have faced the same issue after specifying that if delivery can't be done in time call me and let me know so I can make arrangements to collect. I will no longer be using your services due to this and to top it all off your rude staff hangs up on me while I am calling to rectify an issue caused by them not on at all
