The item didn’t appear on the app. Karen promised to look into it and promptly called me back advising me to try again. The item still did not appear. Karen took my order over the phone, goods were delivered by a very friendly guy and deal was completed within an hour. Karen you found an immediate solution without hesitation. You were helpful & friendly. A true ambassador to your store. Look after this young lady, service in this country is at an all time low, a few people can learn from Karen. Thank you once again.
