****ed off with Econo foods

I'm very displeased with Econo Foods Honeydew. I purchased food 2 days ago. The payment went through 3 times. The manager said the bank will probably reverse the payment. I phoned my bank the next day. They said they don't just reverse payments, they will need a letter from the merchant stamped and signed. I phoned the said managaress, she said she will call back in a few minutes! I'm still waiting for this call!! ABSOLUTE BULL****!! I'm now the one having to chase back my money. Their card machine was not working properly so how is this my fault and I have to do all the work!! I need my money back...my account is now cleared! Beyond ****ed off
