Econo Rustenburg causing damage to your brand

It is amazing when you order R800 worth of items and pay R30 for delivery....but never receive the goods ordered! Phoned the Rustenburg branch and spoke to a very unhelpful Belinda that just blames Uber for this....but at 17:00 when driving in kock street...their bakkie was outside a school picking up kids? So if you have a bakkie...why is it used for private use and not delivering orders? When asked.. I will collect myself...then you refund me...I was told no, she will keep it on file...uhm no...you gave me no service...so why on earth would I buy from you again?? This is the 3rd incident with this Econo foods...Belinda is causing damage to your brand!
