Econo Foods - Nothgate ! Do not trust them, they stole my money and time!

They stole my money and time!!! So disappointed! I ordered a home delivery on Monday Morning already. Wednesday I had to call them and ask what is the hold up as its been 48hours. They were so unhelpful, they blamed "the uber guy" and just said he will call when he is at the gate. Later the afternoon I called again as it still has not arrived. They told me no the guy was there but you did not answer. Firstly he was at the wrong house, secondly they gave him my wrong cellphone number so he could not call me. They then gave him my correct number after I called in and he brought the delivery. AFTER all this struggle , he almost gave me the incorrect order, I had to tell him its not my stuff. He then gave me the correct one. I packed it out inside the house after he left. Then I saw the milk, bacon and 60 eggs are missing!! They don't bother to call me to tell me it's out of stock, they just keep quiet and hope I don't notice! I had to call them AGAIN and tell them , they said no they refunded it as its out of stock. I checked and in my app wallet only the Bacon's money got refunded [ oh and I can't get this money in my bank account again, I can only use it for future purchases on the app!! How ridiculous! ] Then I called the driver , he told me there is eggs in stock [so they ****!!] And then he went to the bacon fridge and also found stock suddenly. Pathetic!! He then said he is bringing it to me. As of today , Thursday, still no Eggs , no bacon, no milk!! And no refund! If I try to call the driver it goes to voicemail... NGOBUQILI, NGOBUQHOPHOLOLO, *****, SLY, *****S!!! Unprofessional, unhelpful, rude and ***********. SIES!!!
