I ordered on econo foods app as I always do, on my wifes account Tsholohelo Galane, on their app shows pay now and when I call them they told me my ordered was not received, when I check on my bank app shows the money went through, so I called them (Vanderbijlpark branch) and they told me I should call the head office which is the 051 number in Bloemfontein, when i asked for their number they told me i should check them myself no one wanted to give me the number, so i searched them myself, when I called them the switchboard lady transferred me to the person that works with the online orders but with no luck my calls was cut off everytime they transferred me, my airtime got finished R40 and no one is calling me back the Vanderbijlpark branch and the head office, I even send them a email but I'm still waiting and my family is waiting for the meat to cook, can you guys please assist further because we're I'm at I'm so ****ed I don't want to lie, the service is 0/100 the order number is ORD111130.
