Bad Service and cheating

Went to your Vanderbijlpark Branch on Sunday. Shop was busy and only 2 Cashiers assisting Customers.

Stood in the que to pay for my items, when i eventuly got to the tillpoint the cashier told me he only accepts card payments. There is no signage on the till to say card payments only. I had to go and stand in the other que just to pay for my items.

Manager only smiled at this and walked away.

Also i have been monitoring them, when paying card, they put the card through the card machine before the amount rounds off (R157.84 for example) and when the transaction goes through on the card machine then only does it round off.

Very Unprofessional, i would rather go to escort store next time
