Bad Service

If I could give a worse review than the one on the system, I would. I ordered Rhodes Juices from Econofoods Fourway on 5 January 2023 before 14:00. Before I made the payment, I called the store to enquire if they deliver to Kempton Park as their site did not give me an option of delivery (Only Click and Collect) The lady who answered my call assured me that they deliver to Kempton Park, all I had to do was to specify in the delivery note that the order was for delivery. I did just that.

It is now the 11th, and I have not received my order. I know backlogs happen, but the level of service I get when calling the store from Friday is horrible. On Saturday, I was promised delivery on Monday. Monday, delivery the same day or the next day, but here we are.

What broke the camel's back was the attitude I received from Sylvester Malatji (hoping that's his real name because he was very hesitant to give it) today.

I am disgusted with your services and empty promises, and if you cannot deliver, may I please have a refund.
