Bad Packers

Hi, i went this morning to the N12 Econo Foods To buy some frozen veggies, i do buy almost every other day, so i asked of they have the nature garden 1kg cauliflower as there was only 1 bag the rest was a 750g bags i needed 6 of them so i asked one of the packers if they have the 1Kg available, he said no but not checking stock at the back were they keep the stock so i had no choice to take the 750g cauliflower frozen veg so after 10min sitting in my car on a phone call so after my call i re enter N12 Econo Foods shop and what a surprise there was, no 750g cauliflower but about 12 bags of the 1kg cauliflower nature garden frozen veg, so why didn't the packer take that extra steps to check at their back of shop were they keep the extra stock doing HIS JOB, i wonder how many customers got turned away due to this problem, as the packer says their is no stock but not checking the stock at their back of shop, this is not the first time this happened
