We installed a heat pump through Wet Pumps (Pty) Ltd and the pump was financed through Eco-navitas.<br> The installation done by Wet Pumps and their contractors was so shocking that the heat pump was not working optimally. We went back to Wet Pumps who provided and installed the unit and they were of absolutely no assistance.<br> On the other end of the spectrum, we made contact with James Hilburn of Eco-navitas, as they provided finance for the unit. James was incredible! <br> Given that James (Eco-navitas) was further up the supply chain (in having financed the heat-pump unit), he essentially had no obligation and was not in the least bit responsible for the installation of the unit. Despite this, James was instrumental in the assistance he provided to ensure that the installation was brought to the level of SANS and manufacturer standards.<br> Beyond this being a wonderful gesture, this is a level of service which we sadly seldom see.<br> To Eco-navitas and James Hilburn, you set the benchmark for service delivery.<br> A resounding thank you!
