Eco values contradicted- refusal to exchange unopened nappies for a different size

This is a service review. We have been very happy with the quality of the nappies, however, we were gifted too many size 3 nappies. As per their website, returns are accepted on untampered, sealed boxes. The nappies were bought in November 2025, the boxes are still sealed although past the 7 day purchase window. We wanted to exchange them for a bigger size and we were even willing to pay any difference. We were told the nappies are the last of the stock and they will not accept or exchange it. As an eco company with the aim to protect the environment, you are definitely not doing that, by forcing customers to waste. We are very disappointed. Unfortunately, we will no longer be using eco nappii and will not be recommending it to anyone.
