Order not received

I placed and paid for my order on the 18th of December and after checkout I was told that the second batch of my order would only be available by latest 7th January 2021. The first batch of my order arrived within 4 days and the wait for the second batch of the order (which constituted 70% of the total order) began.

The 7th of January came and passed and I still hadn’t received any communique. I emailed them a few days later and was told that they are waiting on custom clearance. I emailed again at the beginning of February and got the same response.

I feel like they could’ve better handled the communication between themselves and customers who are still awaiting their orders because when you place the order, you are under the impression that you will receive your order sooner.

Almost 10 weeks after placing my order and 7 weeks after my expected delivery date - I still haven’t received my order and there’s still no communication.
