POOR SUPPORT TEAM??
Worst experience ever!So purchased the transcription course and completed it but could not access the test .I've sent several emails has well has I tried to phone the company but I did not receive any feedback. After couple days I've received a message saying that they will look into my query .It took them over a week to get back to me .The support team is very slow!I still need more answers on my end regarding the course and now I cannot get hold of them again .
