mal or no function staff/ No warranty

recived 4 orded and payîd Solar Street Lamps. 1 out of 4 is normal working. 1 destroid, 2 only part working. Asked for warranty. He promise to fetch. Takes more then 3 weeks!! NOTHING!! Looks like *****/****. Went to police and opened a case!
