Stop harassing me with Sms’s that is not my account

Ecolls is a digital platform to manage account or something. They should just start to manage the correct people’s accounts. I keep getting these SMS’s “Notice Of Demand: Mr/s VAN ASWEGEN, Interruption of your service, credit bureau listing! Pay your Telkom via https://ecolls.datafree.co Ref *** Call ***‘’ i don not even have a telkom line/account. I have phoned that number twice and asked them to stop these sms’s. The person i spoke to went on system and she saw that it was wrong and not intended to be sent to me. TODAY I GOT THE SMS AGAIN. WHAT CAN BE DONE TO THESE PEOPLE OR THIS BUSINESS??? How do i stop this?
