Human assistance for online purchases
Without the knowledgeable advise of Dylan, I would definitely have made the wrong choice when I purchased a Jackery power station from Eco Hub. Human assistance is of most importance when a online purchase is being made. Thank you Dylan. Linda

Appreciate it, and definitely agree that's it's best to speak to someone that can offer expert advice before buying any kind of technical equipment. I've made this mistake in the past, buying from these huge online stores, where you can't get advice over the phone. I have since made my own purchases from suppliers who can actually offer good advice.
